Robbins' Nest Consulting Presents: LeadHER Academy™

Empowering the next generation of confident, capable, and courageous young women!

This one-week summer leadership academy is designed for girls entering grades 5–9 who are ready to discover their voice, build lasting friendships, and develop the leadership skills to make a difference at school, home, and in the world.

Across five dynamic days, participants will explore how to lead themselves, communicate with confidence, collaborate effectively, serve with purpose, and cast vision for their future. Each session includes hands-on workshops, guest speakers, creative projects, and a graduation celebration.

Three weeks to choose from-- Let your daughter discover the leader she was born to be!

Here's Why We Focus on Girls in Grades 5–9

Critical Identity Formation

A Bridge Between Childhood and Adolescence

Critical Identity Formation

Between the ages of 10–15, girls begin shaping their core identity. These are the years when they start to ask big questions like:
“Who am I?”
“Where do I belong?”
“What am I good at?”

Our program builds a foundation of confidence, character, and self-awareness during this identity-forming period—before peer pressure, media messages, and societal norms define leadership for them.

Confidence Takes a Dip

A Bridge Between Childhood and Adolescence

Critical Identity Formation

Research shows that girls’ confidence drops by 30% between ages 8–14. They are less likely to speak up, take risks, or see themselves as leaders.

LeadHER Academy™ is strategically timed to intercept this decline—offering tools, role models, and language that affirm their voice and value.

Social-Emotional Readiness

A Bridge Between Childhood and Adolescence

A Bridge Between Childhood and Adolescence

The LeadHER Academy™ is intentionally designed for girls in grades 5 through 9 because this is a pivotal window in a young woman’s development—academically, socially, and emotionally.

At this stage, girls are more open to group learning, mentoring, and exploration.  They’re developing emotional intelligence, empathy, and communication skills—core ingredients of leadership that must be nurtured early.

Grades 5–9 form a natural bridge between elementary school and high school.

Our weeklong program provides a safe space for discovery, leadership practice, and goal-setting at a time when they are choosing activities, shaping dreams, and defining their sense of purpose.
