We offer leadership consulting services, including but not limited to leadership coaching, training workshops, strategic advice, and organizational development services ("Consulting Services").
3. Eligibility
To access or use our Services, you must be 18 years of age or older and possess the authority to enter into these Terms personally or on behalf of the company you have named as the user, and to bind that company to these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to content, information, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and any other proprietary designations are owned by the Company or its licensors. The use of our intellectual property without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. User Obligations
As a user of our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and to not use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of the Company and others.
6. Fees and Payment
The Company shall charge fees for the Services it provides. Fees are due and payable as detailed in the Service Agreement entered into when engaging our Services.
7. Cancellation and Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the Services during the term of engagement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Return and Refund Policy
Introduction
At Robbins' Nest Consulting, LLC we take pride in the high-quality leadership consulting services we provide. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure a transparent and fair process for our clients. Please note that due to the nature of our consulting services, which include personalized coaching, facilitated learning, and resulted based consulting, our policy differs from conventional retail refund policies.
General Policy
Services purchased from Robbins' Nest Consulting, LLC are eligible for a refund or return based on the following conditions:
- Cancellation: If a client wishes to cancel a booked coaching session, they must do so at least 1 business day in advance of the scheduled session to be eligible for a full refund. If this does not take place client will be charged in full for the session, with no credit or refund.
- Postponement: Clients may postpone a scheduled service with no penalty, provided they notify us at least 1 business day in advance.
- Dissatisfaction: If a client is not satisfied with the service received, they should contact us within 2 days of service delivery to discuss an alternative solution. Satisfaction of our services is subject to a reasonable standard and assessment on a case-by-case basis.
Non-refundable Services
Due to the nature of our business, some services may be non-refundable, including:
- Customized leadership materials
- Completed coaching sessions
- Completed training workshops
Robbins' Nest Consulting, LLC reserves the right to amend this Return and Refund Policy at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website and effective upon posting.
